- Click on the blue "Download PC Sol Remote Support" button below to download and run PC Sol Remote Support. Please answer "Run", "Yes", or "Allow" to any prompts that are given and an ID and Password will be displayed.
- Once the program is downloaded and you have received an ID and Password, please contact PC Solutions with a description of your problem and the ID and Password you have received. You may do so by phone, email or by filling out a technical support form:
